₹ 6.6 crore four diamond earrings stolen and swallowed, 12 days after arrest came out of the stomach

How was the theft?
According to the report, the police have claimed that the guilder described himself as an assistant to the NBA player to reach the VIP room at Tiffany & Co. store in Orlando, Florida on 26 February. In this store, he was shown high quality jewelery.
Later that day, the police caught the guilder. In CCTV, he was seen swallowing many things. It is believed that these were the stolen earrings. According to CBS News report, the police said that while taking them to jail, the accused said, “I should have thrown them out of the window.”
The police later released an X-ray image, which showed something different inside his stomach. The Orlando Police Department said that the guilder was taken to the hospital. For 12 days he was under the supervision of doctors. Eventually both the earrings set came out of her stomach.
When earrings were brought back to Tiffany & Co.’s store, the store’s master jeweler confirmed that serial numbers match the stolen pieces. Guilder is currently being kept in Orange County Jail. Officials allege that his criminal history also includes the robbery at Tiffany and Company Store in Texas in 2022. Additionally, Colorado has 48 outstanding warrants for his arrest.
