To make the smile beautiful, include flossing, water flosser, oil pulling, brushing and tung cleaner in the daily routine, teeth will shine and increase confidence.

Let’s know in detail about this simple routine.
Brushing only clears the surface of the teeth, but the food particles stuck between the teeth remain there. Flossing is the best way to remove them. With the help of dental floss, small particles and bacteria trapped between the teeth are easily removed. This not only prevents cavity but also keeps gums healthy. Do flossing before sleeping daily.
Step 2 – Water Flosser (Water Flosser)
If you have problems in normal flossing or your gums are very sensitive, then water flosser is a great option. In this, the edge of water with light pressure is cleaned between teeth and gums. It massage the gums and removes bacteria and food particles. Use water flosser at least 2-3 times a week.
Oil pulling has special significance in Ayurvedic tradition. In this, coconut, sesame or mustard oil has to be placed in the mouth for 5-10 minutes and rotate around. This practice eliminates bacteria, makes the gums strong and also removes the smell of the mouth. The natural shine of teeth also comes back from oil pulling.
Step 4 – Brushing (Brushing)
Everyone should do brushing twice a day, but correctly. Use a soft brush brush and clean the teeth in circular motion. While brushing, massage the tongue and gums too. Also, the use of fluoride containing toothpaste is necessary for the strength of teeth and protection from cavity.
Step 5 – Tongue Cleaner (Tung Cleaner)
Often people ignore the cleanliness of the tongue, while most bacteria thrive here. Cleaning the tongue daily with the tongue cleaner keeps the breath fresh and the deposition of bacteria is also reduced. This is a small step but it is very important for oral hygiene.
