Indian -origin tech engineer Vania Aggarwal protested on the 50th anniversary of Microsoft. He alleged that the techniques of the company are promoting violence in Gaza. Aggarwal lodged his protest in front of CEO Satya Nadella and former CEO Bill Gates and Steve Balmer. She said that she cannot work for a company that is involved in ‘massacre’.
Vania Aggarwal took a dig at Nadella, Gates and Balmer and said that fifty thousand Palestinians in Gaza have been killed with the technique of Microsoft. How did you dare? All of you should be ashamed to celebrate their blood.

Vania Aggarwal alleged that Microsoft techniques are being used by the Ministry of Defense of Israel in military action against Palestinians. Aggarwal accused the company of a $ 133 million deal and accused him of involvement in human rights violations. In his resignation, he wrote, ‘According to my discretion, I cannot be a part of a company that participates in this violent injustice. If you want to continue working in Microsoft, I urge you to use your position, power and privilege to make Microsoft accountable to its own values and missions.
Prior to Aggarwal, another employee (who has now resigned) Ibtihal Abusad had obstructed the presentation of the company’s AI CEO Mustafa Suleman and accused him of being profitable from war. He said that Microsoft techniques are being used for massacre. Earlier, Microsoft employees have criticized the company as the company has criticized its relations with Israel.
