For the very first Padukone Gala in 2017, with the Rei Kawakubo theme / As boys: intermediaries, she chose to opt for a simple -biased -biased dress but stated in white satin with a crystal cascade embroidery at the end. Designed by Tommy Hilfiger, Padukone wore stuck in diamonds on his hair and wore long earrings to complete his look.

At 2018 balloonDeepika Padukone appeared in a sculptural red dress designed by the Nepalese-American designer, Prabal Gurung. The theme of the year, Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination inspired the Cardinal Red Hue of the Padukone dress.

The last appearance of Padukone at Met Gala in 2019 was its most emblematic. Zac Posen made her a personalized Bubblegum pink strapless dress which was built from Lurex Jacquard and included 400 three -dimensional pieces of embroidery. Since the theme of this year was camp: Notes on Fashion, Padukone took things and wore a large bulky ponytail to go with its look for the evening. For jewelry, she wore a headband with pink diamonds and sculptural earrings to complete her original dress.
