Tea is also not behind in them. There are many ways of tea in the market, such as tea bag tea and organic tea. But the question arises that which is better for our health. So let’s give you the opinion of the doctor on this and know which of the two has described the tea as the best for our health.
Tea tea tea, easy but healthy?
Tea with tea bags is easy to drink. Just put in hot water and prepared tea, but according to doctors, the tea leaves in the tea bag are often very fine and can reduce nutrients. Some tea bags also contain substances like plastic which can melt in warm water and can be harmful to the body.
Organic tea treasure of health
Organic tea is grown naturally. It does not use any kind of chemicals or pesticides. Doctors say that organic tea contains high antioxidants which increase the immunity of the body and avoid many diseases.

Talking to Local 18, Dr. Swati Chauhan said that if you are serious about your health then organic tea is a better option. It is not only good in taste but is also beneficial for the body. If there is a shortage of time and it is okay to use T bags occasionally, but do not make it a daily habit.
