Ragi instead of flour, healthy twist of health
The base of this samosas is not maida, Madwa i.e. Ragi’s flour. Tribal women believe that ragi is not only in taste, but also for digestion and energy. In it, the dough is kneaded with hot water by mixing celery, mangrala and salt, which makes its binding strong.
