Yuzvendra Chahal Record Second Hattrick of IPL History CSK vs pbks: Yuzvendra Chahal has created a panic in world cricket by taking a hat -trick against CSK. Sam Curren made headlines with an innings of 88 runs off 47 balls, while Punjab threw CSK for 190 runs in 19.2 overs at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Curren hit 9 fours and 4 sixes in the innings and at one time it seemed that CSK would cross 200 runs, but Chahal’s four -wicket over overturned the dice. Chahal threw the 19th over and took all the wickets in it. Leg spinner Chahal took 4 wickets for 32 runs in his four -overs quota.
Chahal, who was deprived of the wicket till the last over, was hit by MS Dhoni (11), but the bowler caught him on the second ball on the long off. On the fourth ball, Deepak Hooda (2) played a shot towards the backward point, while on the fifth ball impressive option Anshul Kamboj (0) was out.
Noor Ahmed (0) tried to put a shot, but missed the shot and Jenson came from the long-on and completed the hat-hand, which was the second hat-trick in the left-arm spinner.
