PM became Carney from ‘Trump Factor’ in Canada, know how to win in 3 months due to tariff-threat

Mark Carney will remain on the Canadian PM’s chair- this time, not a chair borrowed for 2 months from Justin Trudeau, but for 5 years, it is a pie power on its own. Mark Carney -led Liberal Party has got 169 seats and the party will not be able to form the government on its own, it will have to hold a small party hand for majority like 2019 and 2021. At the second number, Pierre Polyvre -led Conservative Party, which has won 144 seats. US President Donald Trump emerged as the biggest factor in Canada’s parliamentary election. Whether it is their tariff policy or to make Canada in America and talk openly to make it a 51st state.
Pierre Polyvre: 3 months ago, was the biggest contender to become PM, Trump did not win his seat.
Conservative leader Pierre Polyvre looked certain to win elections and become PM in the survey till just three months ago. Mark Carney’s Liberal Party has been in power for more than nine years and it was 20% point behind in the survey in January. But after this everything changed. Former PM Justin Trudeau, who has become unpopular in Canada, announced that he was leaving the post as Prime Minister and Trump started threatening to join Tariff and Canada in the US.
According to the Reuters report, Shachi Karl, president of the Angus Reid Institute Polling firm, said that the factor behind this conclusion was not a Conservative party, it was a trump tariff factor, and then Trudeau had to withdraw from the post of PM. This enabled many left voters and traditional Liberal voters to return with the party.
However, despite the victory, the Liberal Party would not get an absolute majority that Carney sought to help in conversation with Trump on the tariff that endangs the Canadian economy.
Trump’s threats united Canada
Trump’s threats raised a wave of patriotism in Canada which increased the support for Carney. The special thing is that Karney has no political experience, he is actually a core economist. Earlier, Carney led Canadian and British central banks.
Carney has argued that his experience of handling economic issues makes him the best leader to deal with Trump. Whereas Poilivre made concerns about inflation, crime and housing crisis their election issue. The results are showing that the people of Canada have considered Trump’s threats as a bigger issue than inflation.
