‘Operation Herof’ of Balochis against Pakistan, BLA rebels claimed responsibility for 71 attacks on Pak Army

Pakistan’s trouble is not taking its name. The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has launched ‘Operation Herof’ against the Pakistan Army. BLA has taken responsibility for 71 “cordinated attacks” at more than 51 places in Balochistan province of Pakistan in the last few weeks. In a statement released on Sunday, the BLA said that Pakistan is a “reproductive site” for global terrorists and has demanded the international community to recognize Islamabad as a terrorist country.

According to the statement, BLA has carried out major attacks under this operation in Ketch, Panjgur, Mastung, Quetta, Jamuran, Tolangi, Kuluki and Nushki areas. Here Bla not only targeted the Pakistani army and intelligence sites, but also targeted local police stations, mineral vehicles and infrastructure along with major highways. It said that the group used Pakistani soldiers to target and ambush from attacking to capture their killings and security posts.

Warning of regional change, BLA announced that a new order (power order) could not be prepared in South Asia. She warned that at the international level of Pakistan’s terror-related activities, no tolerance can contribute to large scale instability in the field. This called India and the international community to take decisive action against Pakistan and warned that more bleeding would flow if failed to do so.

BLA said, “If Pakistan is tolerated, its existence can only cause the whole world waste.” He said that Pakistan has been the center of rise of state-sponsored terrorist groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed. The group also rejected the claims of any country being a proxy of power, claiming their freedom in continuing their armed struggle for the independence of Balochistan. Party spokesperson Giyanad Baloch said, “Bla is neither a pawn nor a silent audience; we are a dynamic and decisive party.”

What is Bla?
The Baloch Liberation Army is a primary armed group leading the freedom movement of Baloch people. Since Balochistan was forcibly integrated into Pakistan in 1948, Baloch people accused the rule in Islamabad of marginalizing them, exploiting their resources without sharing their benefits and accused of systemic violence as state -sponsored murders and forcibly disappearance.
