In the last phase of his visit, he reached the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Trump has announced commercial deals over US and UAE over US $ 200 billion. With this, the total investment agreement in the Gulf region has exceeded US $ 2 trillion.

After Saudi Arabia and Qatar in the last stage of its Middle East, Trump reached Abu Dhabi on Thursday, 15 May. He was welcomed by United Arab Emirate President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

These big deals took place in America and UAE

  1. According to the White House, Boeing and GE Aerospace obtained a US $ 14.5 billion deal from Etihad Airways to invest in 28 American -made Boeing 787 and 777x aircraft. This will deepen commercial aviation partnership between the two countries, promotes manufacturing in the US, increase exports and generates 60,000 American jobs.
  2. In Oklahoma, Emirates will invest to develop global aluminum 4 billion US dollar primary aluminum smelter project. It is one of the first new aluminum smelters to be prepared in the US in the last 45 years.
  3. Exonmobil, Oxidantl Petroleum and EOG Resources are partnered with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) for extended oil and natural gas production worth US $ 60 billion. This will help in reducing energy costs and hundreds of skilled jobs will be created in both countries.
  4. The SMR-300 of Holtec International and IHC Industrial Holding Company (IHC) Holtech is collaborating to create a fleet of small modular reactors, which will start from the palsades site in Michigan. The agreement includes an investment commitment of $ 10 billion and an additional US $ 20 billion commitment for fleet projects.

What did America say on the deals?

The White House said in a statement, “Today’s deals strengthen the US-US investment and trade relations. It is based on the historical commitment of UAE for the US $ 1.4 trillion investment structure in 10 years. It will contribute to AI’s infrastructure, semiconductor, quantum computing, bio-technology and manufacturing.”

On the other hand, Burj Khalifa was illuminated in the colors of the American shock, and the roads of the entire Dubai were also decorated with both the US and the UAE flags.
