Lok Sabha’s deputy from Mandi BJP, Kangana Ranaut, visited his constituency destroyed by the rain on Sunday and said that the way in which the rescue work was done, the Congress will not return to the power of the State even in 20 years. She said that as a deputy, she can only raise awareness of the Prime Minister. The actress told Thunag Panchayat: “I am very sad to see the fate of the people. Apart from that, Kangana Ranaut of Actress-Prose-Roytyté faces comments for “insensitive” comments during a visit to the areas affected by the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh on Sunday. Addressing rescue efforts in the event of a disaster in his parliamentary constituency, Ranaut jokingly said that he did not have an official cabinet to provide help in the event of a disaster.
The deputy of the BJP laughed: “Whether it is a relief of disasters or a disaster – I do not have an official cabinet. I have two brothers who are always with me. It is my office. So, he has only these two people. I have no funds for help in the event of a disaster or the cabinet posts. The work of the deputies is limited to the Parliament. We are very young on this subject.”

However, he also assured people to get the help of the Center for the Disaster Relief Fund. Targeting of Ranaut, the Congress published a small clip of its declaration on X, in which its comment was called “insensitive”.

Thunag Panchayat Mandi is one of the different places that were affected on Tuesday by the Cloudburst. Cloudburst, sudden floods and landscaped landslides made heavy ravages, because of which 14 people died and 31 missing people are looking for. More than 150 houses, 106 animals, 31 vehicles, 14 bridges and several roads were damaged in the disaster. A total of 164 cattle were killed.
According to the State Emergency Operations Center, traffic on approximately 200 roads in the Mandi district was interrupted on Sunday morning while 236 transformers and 278 supply systems were disrupted. Ranaut told journalists, the government of the State must make aid and a rehabilitation and as a deputy, I can only ask for help by informing the Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior of the situation.
He said that we are strong between the State and the central government, they play an important role in starting the projects from the center to the state and to raise the problems and the complaints of their constituencies in front of the center. He said, the way the government of the state works, I can say that Congress will not come to power in the state for the next 20 years. The congress had taken a search to Kangana to be absent from the district of Lok Sabha, after which they retaliated.
Earlier, questioned about the absence of Kangana, the ally of his party and the head of the opposition to the Assembly that Jairam Thakur had said: “We are worried about the local population, we live and die for him.” We cannot comment on those who are not worried. Ranaut has postponed the allegations of the congress, affirming that a deputy is not authorized to distribute the funds of the regional development fund in the event of a disaster and restoration of roads and other infrastructures is the work of the government of the State.
Earlier, he wrote on “X”, he was heartbreaking to see the devastation of the floods almost every year in Himachal. I wanted to visit the areas affected by Siraj’s floods and other Mandi regions, but the honorable opposition chief I Ram Thakur advised to wait until the contact was restored in the affected areas. Siraj is the constituency of the assembly of the former chief minister of the Himachal Pradesh Thakur.
