The Supreme Court asked manufacturers of “Udaipur files” to wait for the Center decision, which will hear the objections against the film Wednesday with Vijay Raj. The Supreme Court has postponed the audience to the release of the next film `Udaipur Files – Kanhaiya Lal Tailor Murder ‘until July 21. The Supreme Court also asked the Central Committee to hear the side of the accused in the murder case of Kanhaiya LAL.

The committee will hear the case on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday Soryakant and judge JK The Bagchi bench told filmmakers that filmmakers could receive financial compensation, but the image of the murder of Kanhaiya Lal Countor accused cannot be compensated to harm the image. The filmmakers challenged the High Court of Delhi’s order to stop the film’s release.

The bench asked the Center Committee to make immediate decisions without losing all parties and asked to listen to the accused’s team in the murder case. The film was to be released on July 11. The High Court of Delhi, July 10, prohibited the release of “Udaipur files” until the center decides petitions requiring a permanent ban on the film. The petition indicates that the film can “promote disharmony” in society, so its release should be prohibited.
In other petitions, including petitions deposited by the president of Jamiat Ulema-E-Hind, Maulana Arshad Madani, it was said that the trailer for the film published on June 26 is full of dialogues and scenes that created community tension in 2022 and feared that the release of the film could again. Kanhaiya Lal, a Udaipur tailor, was allegedly murdered by Mohammad Riyaz and Mohammad Gaus in June 2022.
The attackers then published a video that said he had been assassinated in response to a position that allegedly shared on the social media account of the tailor Kanhaiya LAL Sharma in favor of the former BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), Nupur Sharma, Prophet Mohammed. The case was the subject of an investigation by the National Inquiry Agency (NIA) and the accused was registered under the Act respecting the prevention of illegal activities (UAPA) in addition to the sections of the Indian Penal Code. The case is pending before the Jaipur special court.
