Apple is pursuing youtuber Jon Proser claim the employee’s espionage for having allegedly stole the commercial secrets

Apple has filed a file against popular YouTuber Jon Prosser and its partner Michael Ramacciotti for espionage. It is alleged that both had an illegal access to an Apple iPhone prototype and disclosed the interfaces and functionality of iOS 26. In this case, Apple would have declared that Prosser had offered a sort of transaction for these leaks and he deliberately published clips on social media which were the commercial secrets of the company.

In the Losuit document, Apple said that a person by the name of Michael Ramacciotti had stolen a password from Apple Ethan Lipnik and followed his location. When the engineer was not at home, he accessed the device and showed the procession of the area through the call of time. Prosar then took the interface screen recording and published it on YouTube and other platforms, which, according to Apple, also passing by ED.

Apple declared in court that Prosar and Ramakoti had already written the script of all this plan. He exhibited the secrets of Apple by providing internal construction iOS 26 in public, causing damage to the company. The company says it was not only a leak but a hack cordé. Apple also fired Lipnik from work after that.

Now Apple requests compassionate damage of the two in this case, that is to say with a ban. On the other hand, Prosar said in the press release that he was not involved in any conspiracy and that he did not know how he had obtained this information correctly. He also declared that he would dispute Apple’s allegations before the court.
