Police said the victim had passed out on the spot and had been transported urgently to a neighboring hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. He said that a case had been registered at the Hazrat Nizamuddin police station in the relevant sections of the Indian justice code.

The police said that the accused had been identified as Ujjwal (19) and Gautam (18) and the two are residents of the same locality. They live on the second floor of a building on the path of the church, which is a short distance from the victim’s house. The two were immediately placed in police custody after the incident. “The investigation is underway to discover the role of each accused in developments and attack,” said the manager. The body of the deceased was sent for post-mortem.
