Two acquittals

The two recent acquittals have become part of India’s provocative discourse. First, on July 21, a judiciary court in the Mumbai High Court overturned the 2015 McOCA ruling in a 671-page ruling for the 7/11 serial train explosion that was torn apart by Mumbai in 2006.
Second, on July 31, after a protracted trial, the NIA court in Mumbai sentenced all defendants to be acquitted in the 2008 Malegaon bomb explosion.

The main similarity of these two acquittals is that the prosecution fails to fulfill its unquestioned role in establishing a crime in a reasonable doubt. Then there is the obvious dichotomy, which also has serious significance.
