The actor of Bhojpuri Pawan Singh troubles will increase FIR will be deposited in a fraud case
A Varanasi court ordered the cantonment police station to record a cheating affair against the actor-sister of the cinema of Bhojpuri Pawan Singh and three others on the complaint of a businessman of the local hotel. The court of the additional judicial magistrate-II adopted the order on August 13 after hearing the request of the Vishal Singh businessman. Vishal Singh’s lawyer Ashish Singh said his client had been deceived in the name of investment in the 2018 film boss.

According to the lawyer, Vishal Singh met the director of Mumbai, Prem Shankar Rai, in 2017, after which he was presented to many people associated with the film. It is alleged that Singh was convinced to invest in the film by promising profits, and a meeting with Pawan Singh was also held to convince him. The complainant said that he had deposited approximately Rs 32.60 Lakh of himself and his brother’s company on different accounts.
According to the complaint, in July 2018, he was declared producer of the film and assured to give 50% of the profits, later, he invested RS 1.25 crosses in the film. It is alleged that despite the release of the film, Singh would not have received its share of profits. Singh allegedly allegedly asked when he asked for his subscription, actor Pawan Singh had threatened to kill him.

The complainant complained to the canton police station and the police commissioner, but if there were no action, he turned to the court. The court ordered the police to record a FIR against Pawan Singh and three other people for fraud.
