With a structured Bardot neckline, the bodice of this black jet dress adapts to Alaya F like a glove. While the upper half remained repressed, the lower half of the skirt was densely superimposed with rosettes of beautifully contrasting white fabric. The floral shapes emerged at the bottom left of the dress, broke higher on one side and falling lower on the other, giving the room a refreshing asymmetry. Each rosette was realistic and hyper-dated, offering a touch and dynamic quality to otherwise formal outfit. A black train, attached on one side of the waist stretched outwards, lengthening the silhouette and adding a hint of romanticism to the look. The juxtaposition between the dark black half and the foamous lower part raised the dress from another black dress to a set worthy of awards ceremony.

Adding another turn approved by Gen Z, a single declaration piece has become the highest point of the look: a large set diamond neck created by Anaqa by Nishant Tulsiani, worn to rinse against the Clarbones. The style of this dress with delicate jewelry would have been obvious, but opting for a larger neck has added a modern, much necessary edge. A couple of sparkling diamond rings on each hand and a ballet pink manicure was the final final touch.

Alaya F wore her hair in a loose bun with a few strands left aside to soften her face. The makeup remained neutral and tonal – the falling eyes, the mild redness and a fishing lip – keeping the palette tight and aligned on the general appearance. Mixing a variety of improbable elements and the right amount of radiance, this set is a perfectly elegant red carpet moment.

From VogueFashion office:

“Exchange the dress for a high bardot with a relaxed shoulder for a relaxed day. Work with a skirt printed by asymmetrical handkerchiefs to create an interesting form. Like Alaya, you can opt for a neck, but make it delicate. Accessorizes with a fun and colorful appearance and interesting materials such as the resin or colored stones to add layers of interest.
