Know what is the process

First of all, they will sit in Padmasana or Vajrasana. The right nostril (nose) will close with the thumb of the right hand. Will inhale slowly from the left nostril. Then will close the left nostril from Anamika. Will exhale from the right. Then you will breathe from him and then you will exhale from the left nostril. Then you will breathe, it will be a frequency. Repeating it repeatedly and practice at least 5 minutes daily. In 15 to 20 days of starting practice, you will feel better than before. Which we have to brush, toilet every day in our routine, similarly it has to be accepted in our life. After retiring from defecation in the morning, practice 5 minutes of Anulom Antonyms daily.
