Disha Salian’s father approached the court to investigate the daughter’s death

Satisfy Salian, father of Disha Salian, former director of actor Suvering Singh Rajput, said on Wednesday that he approached the High Court of Bombay to conduct a new investigation into the death of his daughter in mysterious circumstances in June 2020.

Satisfy said that the petition had asked the High Court to record a FIR against the chief of Shiv Sena (Ubatha) Aditya Thackeray and give the case to the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI).

However, a spokesperson for Shiv Sena (Ubatha) expressed his surprise at the reason why the case suddenly came under the spotlight after four years. He feared a conspiracy in it. Significantly, the budgetary session of the Maharashtra legislature is still underway.

Salt Salian’s lawyer Nilesh Ojha said he was still depositing a petition and that he will deposit a number in the high court register service on Thursday.

The petition allegedly alleged that Disha Salian had been raped and murdered and later a political conspiracy had been hatched to save influential people.

Disha Salian died on June 8, 2020 due to the fall on the 14th floor of a residential building in the suburb of disease. After that, city police had recorded an accidental death case.
