Reciperook tariff

On April 2, Donald Trump announced a tariff of at least 10 percent and maximum 49 percent on all countries. He has named it a reciperook tariff which literally means mutual tariff in Hindi. You can call it in easy terms like Tit Tariff.

Reciperookal tariffs are a type of trade fee that one country imposes in response to the tariff imposed on its goods by another country. Suppose there are two countries A and B. Now if A has imposed tax (tariff) on the goods coming from B, then the price of those goods will be more in the country and due to that sales will be reduced. Now if the country B in return also puts a tariff on the goods coming from A, then we will call it a recipe. In this case, Trump said that India imposes more tariffs on American goods, so America will also impose equal recipe.

Retail

Its easy means to take steps in return. Understand it with an example. On 2 April, the US imposed a tariff of 34 percent on China. China did not sit silent on this and it has also announced that it will also put a tariff of 34 percent on the goods coming from America. In this situation, China has turned back. It will be said that China has retaliated.

Tariff War or Trade War

Tariff War means war is a kind of economic conflict in which each country imposes additional tariffs on another’s exports. Tariff War usually starts when a country is unhappy for a business behavior or geopolitical reasons of its business partner country. On applying the tariff of one, the other retailes and then reverses back first. In such a situation, there is a situation of economic conflict between the two and it will be called Tariff War. The condition of tariff war is made to cause financial damage to other countries. The total cost of those products is increased by putting tariffs which are coming from the front country. This increased price discourages citizens from buying exporters of exporting country.

Recession

Recession means sluggish economy. In this situation, there is a significant decline in economic activities, due to which there is a decline in GDP growth. If you tell you the “traditional definition” of recession, then according to it, when GDP declines in two consecutive quarters, it is called recession.

Black Mande

On 19 October 1987, Black is known as Mande. On this day, America’s stock index Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 22.6% in a single day. It had an impact around the world and there was a loss of trillions in markets around the world. It is one of the worst market crash in a day in history. Now whenever the stock market falls on a large scale, that day is called black. On Monday, April 7, it was seen when the stock markets around the world fell rapidly and some critics also called this day a black mandage.
