Adani Green Energy’s profits increase strongly, increased by 85% on an annual basis to ₹ 474 crore

Adani Green Q3 Results: Adani Group’s Renewable Energy Company, Adani Green Energy has performed tremendously in the third quarter (Q3 FY25) of the current financial year. The company’s consolidated profit has increased by Rs 85.2% to Rs 474 crore from Rs 256 crore. In the last quarter, the company had registered a profit of Rs 515 crore with an increase of 39% on the annual Aadhaar.
Minor increase in income, ebitda stable
However, in the quarter, the company’s income increased by only 2.3%. Adani Green’s income has increased from Rs 2,311 crore to Rs 2,365 crore.
Ebitda margin increased from 67.7% to 72.1%
At the same time, the company’s EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) remained almost stable and remained at Rs 1,601 crore, compared to Rs 1,666 crore in the same period last year. However, the Ebitda margin has increased from 67.7% to 72.1%.

Work continues rapidly on Gujarat’s mega project
The company said that it is working fast on a mega renewable energy project with a capacity of 30 GW (GW) in Khawara, Gujarat. The project is spread over an area of 538 square kilometers and aims to set up a global standard for the development of renewable energy plants in the ultra-load scale.
According to the company, more than 12,000 employees are working day and night on the site to complete this project on time.
Major achievements of the company
Adani Green Energy performed brilliantly in the first nine months of FY25:
- Emission intensity: There was a decrease of 99.7% per unit production.
- Freshwater Consumption: There was a decrease of 98.7% per unit production.
- Employment: The company directly and indirectly created 7,233 employment opportunities.
Transmission tendering and future plans
Adaani Green said that four stages of transmission tendering for the Khawda project have been completed and the fifth phase is currently going on.
