Adani Green shared 38 lakh equity to promoter group unit Edor

Adani Green Energy Ltd. has allocated 37.98 lakh equity shares to its promoter group unit Erdor after converting the same number of warrants. The company has given this information. These warrants, originally released on January 25, 2024, were part of the preferred allotment of 6.31 crore convertible warrants, which cost Rs 1,480.75 per warrant.
Eardor Had paid 25% of the issue price at the time of allotment and has now paid the remaining 75%, Rs 1,110.56 per warrant to convert the new consignment.
The allocation of sanctioned by the company’s board was made at a premium of Rs 10 per share and Rs 1,470.75 per share.
According to the conditions, Edor can convert the remaining 5.48 crore warrants within 18 months of the initial allocation by July 24, 2025. The newly released equity shares will have equal rights to the existing shares, which include dividend and voting rights.
The Ebitda of Adani Green Energy has crossed $ 1 billion in FY 2024-25, which is a new record. The company’s Ebitda has increased by 35% in the fourteen quarter and this time it has increased from Rs 1,811 crore to Rs 2,453 crore. The company has achieved Ebitda margin of 91% in the fourth quarter and 91.7% in the entire financial year.
Ebitda has been Rs. 7,222 crore in FY 2024 for the entire financial year 2025, ie a jump of 22% was recorded in FY 2024.
