Adani Ports earned the highest profit of 11,061 crore ever in FY 2025

Adaani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) announced the results on Thursday. In FY 2025, the company’s profit has increased by 37 percent to Rs 11,061 crore on an annual basis. The company’s performance in January to March period has been excellent and the profit has increased by 50 percent to Rs 3,023 crore on an annual basis, which was Rs 2,015 crore in the same period of FY 2024.
In FY 25, the company’s operating income has increased 16 percent to Rs 31,079 crore on an annual basis. At the same time, income from domestic ports has increased by 12 percent to Rs 22,740 crore on an annual basis. EBITDA has increased by 20 percent to Rs 19,025 crore on an annual basis. Ashwini Gupta, full-time director and CEO of APSEZ, said, “Our record-torrent performance in FY 2025, crossing the profit figure of Rs 11,000 crore and handling 450 MMT cargo is a proof of integrated thinking and strong execution.”
He said, “We have performed better on all standards, expanding their presence around India and around the world. Also turned our logistics and marine areas into future development engines.” Mundra became India’s first port to cross 200 million metric tons in a year.
He further stated that every milestone shows our long -term attitude to the world’s largest port and logistics platform, from crossing the 200 MMT of Mundra Port to gaining 1,00,000 TEUs of Vizhinjam Port, the strategic acquisition of NQCUXT and Astro offshore.
For FY 2025, the company has announced a dividend of Rs 7 per share and the company will spend about Rs 1,500 crore for it. He said that with strong infrastructure, the leading ESG rating in the industry and unwavering commitment to excellence, we are in good position for even more progress in FY 2026. The company said that EBITDA of Haifa Port has increased by 36 percent on an annual basis in FY 2025.
