A recent study has revealed that people who use mobiles at night or spend more screen time on other gadgets increase the problem of insomnia in such people by 59 percent.
The study was done by researchers at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health at Norway. In this study, it has been found that a good sleep is very important for mental and physical health, but the trend of use of phone for a long time while sleeping at night has increased significantly. To maintain better mental and physical health, the phone should be switched off at least 30-60 minutes before gold. Another study has revealed that in the youth who do not get enough sleep, the risk of high blood pressure may increase, which can give rise to heart disease.
