Akshay Kumar explained why he couldn’t attend the Bigg Boss 18 grand finale because of Salman Khan

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s absence from the Bigg Boss 18 grand finale remains in news. According to reports, the actor reached the sets of the grand finale to promote his upcoming film Sky Force, but left without filming his segment. It was said that because of Salman Khan, the actor had to skip shooting. After this was revealed, Salman was trolled, in response to which Akshay spoke the truth behind the scenes.

Akshay spoke about the situation at a press conference in Delhi. He told that Salman was late due to “personal reasons” and had to go somewhere, which is why he left the set without shooting. The actor said, “I was late for a job. I spoke to Salman and he was worried about a personal job. They told me they would be late by around 40 minutes. But I had to go because I already had work.

During the finale episode, Salman Khan had mentioned that Akshay had to leave as he had to attend another event. Earlier, Akshay and Veer Pahariya were going to promote their film together. But after Akshay’s departure, Veer promoted his film alone. Let us tell you, Akshay had to attend the test screening of Jolly LLB 3, which is why he had to go to the grand finale of Bigg Boss 18 without shooting his role. Apart from Akshay and Veer, Aamir Khan, Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor also participated in the Bigg Boss 18 grand finale.
