US President Donald Trump had threatened China to impose 50 percent of additional tariffs a day earlier, which he completed today. After the US President’s order to impose tariffs, China had announced a 34 per cent tariff on the US, while retaliating. After this, in less than 48 hours, Trump retaliated and said that if China does not withdraw the increase of tariff, then we will impose tariffs and it will be applicable from 9 April. China had earlier challenged America to do so today, which was announced by Donald Trump in a few hours.

By the last month, the US used to impose 10 percent tariffs on China, about which President Trump had said to be billions of dollars from the US economy.
