Amitabh Bachchan pays tribute to the Indian soldiers with a father’s poem for Operation Sindoor
On May 13, Amitabh Bachchan joined the list of Bollywood celebrities who began to pay tribute to the Indian soldiers. The veteran actor shared a screenshot of a verse from the poem by Harivansh Rai Bachchan “on Samar Karni Kari” on Twitter (now X). The title of the poem is inspired by a verse from Tlsidas. This doha, composed by the Holy Hindu of Vahnava, praises the brave warriors who prove themselves by action in the war rather than praising himself with words.

On May 12, Amitabh published a poem by his father poet the late Harivansh Rai Bachchan on X, popularly known as Twitter, greeting the bravery of the Indian army. With part of the poem, he expressed his praise for the country’s army and subtitled it with “Jai Hind … Jain Hind Ki Sena”. His post on the Indian army came a few hours after Prime Minister Narendra Moda addressed the Nation for the first time after operation Sindoor.
The actor then wrote a note and wrote: “And the words of Pujya Babuji Echo … Jordar and Clear … and in the echo … of each element of the country … from all over”. The part of the poem is as follows: “Oh! The angry and devoted soldiers of the country .. hold your teeth .. hold on and go. Above and forward .. without giving voice .. if you want to speak .. then the voice of your slaps is recorded on the enemy’s face !!”
He added: “Nothing is as good for human humans as peace and humility chosen: but when the sound of war resonates in our ears, then imitate the puffs of the tiger; tighten the nerves, recover blood, hide the rigid nature with severe anger; then give it a terrible shape. The rock lifts its confused base, tighten the teeth and widen the souls.”
The actor of Piku finished his tweet with a note, “Bharat Mata Ki Jai. Vande Mataram”, with a tricolor national Indian flag.

The actor was seen for the last time in the film of Flic-Drama “Wettaiyan”, with Fahad Fasil and the South South Rajinikanth in the main roles. The film is written and directed by TJ Gyanwell. He will be seen the next time in the “The Inner” film film, which features Deepika Padukone and Neena Gupta in the main roles.
