An exclusive look inside the 2025 Met Gala
While the first Monday in May always Habing the plot, anticipation for the gala puts 2025 – “Superfine: adaptation black style”, a clothing tribute to the black dandy – was particularly high. Alas, after months of waiting out of the breath to see who would assist and what everyone would wear, the event took place in a breathtaking way to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The co -chairs Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A $ AP Rocky and Pharrell Williams all embodied the dandies in personalized outfits, presiding over an event to which everyone attended, from Spike Lee and Diana Ross to André 3000 and Halle Berry.
Inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the artist Cy Gavin was inspired by the Narcissus flower, which informed the centerpiece, and was also projected on the ceiling of the Dendur temple during the dinner at the Met 2025 gala.
The creator of Decor Derek McLane reinterpreted the painting as the central part – which was made up of more than 7,000 suspended flowers, all assembled by the Raúl invila event planner. “It’s spectacular,” said Vila about this year’s design.
