Audiences compared Sky Force to Fighter, didn’t director Siddharth Anand like it

Talking about the film, many viewers love it so much that they called it better than Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s ‘Fighter’.
Director Siddharth Anand doesn’t like the comparison between ‘Fighter’ and ‘Sky Force’. He shared a mysterious post on social media platform X. Siddharth wrote in the post, “Hahahaha!! Insecurity has reached a new low! I feel very important today! Believe in yourself! Come on Yo!! There’s an old saying: blowing out another candle won’t stop your candle from burning! but alas.

Although Siddharth Anand didn’t directly reference Sky Force, fans interpreted his comment as a dig at comparisons made between the film and his 2024 film Fighter.
In response to the post, one former user wrote: “Crying instead of congratulating when someone makes a better movie than you?” Another wrote: “Why are you reacting to this? » Don’t you feel safe? It’s a different film, a different release in a different year. Whatever happens, let it happen. You have made a film worth Rs 400 crore. It’s done for free (they say the budget is 80 crores while Akshay Kumar alone takes 100 crores).’
