Ayushman Bharat Yojana became Sanjeevani, two families expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Modi

Ahmedabad:

Ahmedabad, the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojana, which was launched with the aim of spreading health services to people across the country, is proving to be a lifeline for poor families. Two poor families of Ahmedabad and Barodara in Gujarat have benefited from this scheme. Under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme, it was possible for both to get better healthcare. Both families shared their feelings during a conversation with news agency IANS and told how this plan came as a ray of hope for them.

Ayushman scheme came as a boon

The life of Mohammad Yusuf Bagwan, a fruit seller by profession and a resident of Ahmedabad, was in trouble when he came to know about heart disease. A few more veins of 48 -year -old Yusuf, who were already suffering from cardiovascular disease, were blocked, which made the situation serious. Along with wife and two daughters at home, the entire responsibility of the family was on his shoulders. At such a time, the Ayushman Bharat scheme came to light as a boon for him. Under this scheme, his entire treatment was free.

Yusuf told IANS that I was treated for free due to Ayushman card. I am thankful to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this. We are cured today, if this plan was not there, then I would not have been treated. This is a very good plan. I thank Prime Minister Modi for this.

Expressed gratitude to PM

Yusuf’s daughter Amina Khatoon also thanked the Modi government at the Center and said that this scheme is very beneficial for the poor. The government should continue such schemes. Due to this scheme, treatment of my father was possible. We are grateful to the Prime Minister.

Iqbal of Vadodara also supports Ayushman Card

Iqbal Hussain Mansuri of Vadodara, who works as a motor winding, was also struggling with the problem of heart disease. Iqbal, who has already got the stent twice the first time, was out of reach when the cost of enzioplasty was needed for the third time. But Ayushman card once again gave him relief. He was treated at UN Mehta Hospital in Ahmedabad. The limit of Rs 5 lakh of the card had already been spent, but still they could get treatment under the scheme.

Iqbal Mansuri said that under the Ayushman scheme we were treated for free. We did not have to make any kind of payment. We thank Prime Minister Modi for this. This is a very good scheme for the poor.

His daughter Shaheen Mansoori became emotional and said that when father became ill, we were very nervous. It was impossible for us to bear the expenses of private hospital. We got all kinds of facilities from Ayushman card and today Dad is healthy. We salute Prime Minister Modi.

Both these families have appealed to Prime Minister Modi and the government that such schemes should be run more strongly so that not every poor citizen of the country can be deprived of health services.
