Benefits of waking up early in Brahma Muhurta: Elder elders have been saying that sleeping early at night and waking up in the morning is not less than any sleep. This is also because if you sleep on time at night and wake up in the morning, then the whole day will be full of freshness. Living a balanced life in today’s stressful life is precious.

One should get up daily in Brahmamuhurta (4 to 6 am). This time keeps the mind calm and improves memory. Experts say that fresh air enters your body through breath by waking up at this time. At the same time, the brain gets freshness, which reduces stress and goes well for the whole day.

Not only Ayurveda experts, our elders also recommend that drinking water on empty stomach in copper and earthen pots in the morning provides relief from many diseases. At this time, lukewarm water should be drunk. By doing this, constipation, gas and digestive problems do not occur. Also, it clears the blood and keeps the liver healthy.

According to a study published in 2012 by NIH’s National Library of Medicine, copper has anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-oxidant properties, which helps to clean the body from within. Scientists say that if water is kept in a copper vessel for a few hours, then some harmful bacteria present in it can die.

According to the Sushruta Samhita, the freshness in the mouth is in the mouth due to neem or acacia. Also, the dirt accumulated in the tongue, teeth and mouth is cleaned and gums are also strong. In such a situation, neem, acacia or well should also be done in the morning.

It has been told in Ayurveda that the eyes should be cleaned with cold water in the morning. Also, two drops of pure ghee should be put in the nose.

According to Ayurveda, the nose is considered to be the entrance to the brain. And adding ghee to it provides nourishment to the brain, which improves mental health. However, it should be avoided to use it in case of allergy or too much nose closure.

Do light exercise, yoga and pranayama before sunrise. By doing this, blood circulation is improved, as well as immunity also increases and mental stress also decreases. Practices like Surya Namaskar and Anulom-Antonym must be done daily.

Bathing in Ayurveda is considered to be age, force and beauty enhancing. Taking a bath with lukewarm water removes fatigue, laziness, which keeps the mind fresh and happy.

After this, do meditation and prayer. It helps in keeping the mind calm as well as removing negative thoughts. Also, positive energy remains for the day.

Food should be lightened or seasoned in the morning, in which moong dal khichdi, oatmeal, fruit or milk-ghee must be there. It balances digestion and also prevents obesity and also helps in keeping the body energetic throughout the day.
