British auto brand Bentley joins the Skoda Auto Volkswagen portfolio
Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited has announced that veteran British brand Bentley will be included as the sixth brand under the group. Starting July 1, 2025, Savwipl will particularly import, distribute and serve Bentley vehicles nationwide, enabling its commitment to India’s rapidly growing luxury automotive sector. All marketing, sales and sales operations will be operated by newly established units, Bentley India and Savwipl group companies. It oversees the brand’s Indian strategy and retail network.

AB Thomas has been appointed Brand Director at Bentley India and will lead the brand in the Indian market. Bentley India has three new dealer partners. This starts in Bangalore and Mumbai, followed by New Delhi. These new showrooms offer a unique combination of Bentley performance, craftsmanship and luxury to India’s ultra-high net customers. Piyush Arora, managing director and CEO of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India, said welcoming Bentleys in the Savwipl family is a shining achievement and fulfills their portfolio.

He said the desire for unparalleled luxury is rapidly increasing in India.
