China confident of help to Pakistan, 2 ‘enemies’ of India again came together!

China has once again assured Pakistan of help. The Pakistan’s action has been stunned by the Action of India since the Pahalgam terror attack and has pleaded with many countries for mediation. In such a situation, Pakistan has once again got the support of China. On Monday, Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zidong met Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari and said that China would always support Pakistan to ensure peace and stability in South Asia, amid tension between Islamabad and Delhi over the Pahalgam terror attack.
Such action threatens to regional peace and stability
According to the report of the official ‘Radio Pakistan’, Zidong met President Zardari and exchanged views on various issues including tension between Pakistan and India. During the meeting, President Zardari expressed concern over the recently taken steps by India after the Pahalgam terror attack and said that such action is a threat to regional peace and stability.
After the terrorist attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, relations between India and Pakistan have deteriorated. 26 people were killed in this attack, most of which were tourists. Last week, India banned the import of goods coming or passing through Pakistan and entry of Pakistani ships on its ports. At the same time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said that Delhi is committed to ‘firm and decisive’ action against terrorists and his supporters.
China will always support Pakistan
This latest step has been taken about two weeks after India announced several punitive measures against Pakistan, which includes suspending the Indus Water Treaty after the terrorist attack, stopping operating the only land border crossing in the attic and reducing diplomatic relations. According to ‘Radio Pakistan’ report, ‘Chinese ambassador confirmed the permanent and timely friendship between China and Pakistan and described this relationship as very strong, which has always supported each other in challenging times.’ He thanked President Zardari for sharing Pakistan’s approach and emphasized that ‘China would always support Pakistan to fulfill the shared desire of the two countries to ensure peace and stability in South Asia’.
The Chinese ambassador met Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Thursday, who thanked China for supporting his proposal to conduct a fair inquiry into the Pahalgam attack.
