Simmons said that 43 -year -old Dhoni is ‘Ok’ and ‘Khela’ which could be his last competitive match on this prestigious ground. The coach said, “Yes, he is expected to play tomorrow. In the case of MS, he knows his position very well. He knows where he is. In the case of his preparations, he always works very hard at the beginning of a tournament.” Simmons said, “So there is no problem, he knows when he is ready and when not.”
After the injury of captain Ruturaj Gaikwad, Dhoni returned to the responsibility of captaincy and Simmons said that the change has been easy. Simmons said, “You see MS Dhoni as a cricketer, we always see MS Dhoni as an extraordinary person. Simmons said that even after not officially captaincy, Dhoni’s presence makes a lot of difference. He said, “Their influence is always.
