Dear Trump, go to America itself

Jaggery or cow dung, US President Donald Trump wants to make everything in America. He started a tariff war while working on this policy. Now he has asked Apple’s CEO Tim Cook to stop production of iPhone in India and make iPhone in America instead. So if this order of Trump Saheb has been accepted by Apple, then America will be well? Do not know whether it will be good or not, but you have to be ready to pay three times the price to buy iPhone.

According to the report of the news agency ANI, the industry’s experts have said that if iPhone starts in the US instead of India, it will cost US $ 3,000. This is about three times the current cost of US $ 1,000 per iPhone.

Trump himself hitting an ax on his leg?

Reacting to the US President’s remarks, General Prashant Girbane, director of the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA), said, “Both the Apple Company and American administration wisdom. What American
Consumers are willing to pay US $ 3,000 for this.? “

He said that at present, 80% of Apple iPhone manufacturing is in China, causing about 5 million jobs there. When Apple’s CEO Tim Cook announced a plan to create an iPhone in India, it meant that he was transferring some manufacturing from China to India to diversify the supply chain.

Prashant Girbane said, “Manufacturing and jobs are not going away from America towards India, they are going from China to India to protect American companies and consumers from the dominance (hegmany) of a country that is not most favorable in terms of business.”

He said that even though it is very hot about Trump’s comment, things will become normal with time.

There is no use in leaving India!

At the same time, NK Goel, Chairman of the Telecom Equipment Manufacturers Association (Tema) said, “Now, the world and India know that we have to wait some time before reacting to the statements of the US President. As far as Apple is concerned, he has sold iPhones worth more than $ 22 billion in the last one year. Is.”

He said that Apple has already transferred its manufacturing partially from China to India. Goyal said, “It will be Apple’s commercial decision whether to start manufacturing or not. They have partially moved from China to India. If Apple goes out of India, it will suffer a big loss because the tariff restrictions are coming globally and often changes. The Telecom Equipment Manufacturing Association is not out of India, our firm belief will not be out of India.”

Former KPMG partner Jaideep Ghosh said that in the financial year 2025 ended in March, iPhones worth Rs 1.75 lakh crore were constructed in India, compared to Rs 1.2 lakh crore last year. He said, “Apple ecosystem is very important for India.” He also warned that if Apple decides to go out of India in a long period, it will have a clear impact on Indian markets, especially employment. He said, “It is not easy to start building iPhone in America.”

If Apple starts making phones from India to America or any other western country, it will face high labor costs (there will be expensive labor or staff), which will increase production expenses. To remain competitive, Apple may need to reduce its profit margin.
