Multitasking: Famous doctor of Delhi, Shweta Singla, has described multitasking as wrong for human mind and body. He says that it has proved in scientific studies that our brain and body are not made for multiple tasking. This has raised questions on corporate culture.
Many scientific studies have also come out, in which many things related to corporate culture have been questioned. The biggest issue in this is the multiple tasking. When this subject was interacted with the country’s well-known neurologist Dr. Shweta Singla, she spoke in detail on this.
Brain is not for multi tasking
When Dr. Shweta was asked whether our brain and body is made for multiple tasking, he clearly said that it has been proved in many medical and scientific studies that both our brain and body are not made for multiple tasking. Giving the example, he explained that if you are doing some work and a phone call comes in the middle, then you will either be able to talk properly on the phone or you will be able to do the work in which you were engaged in the right way.
Simply simplifying this, he said that if you are writing something on the laptop and then the call comes, then if you focus on the call, then there can be a mistake in writing, and if you pay attention to writing, you will not be able to talk properly on the call. He said that this situation occurs with almost all people, and it proves clear that both the brain and the body are not made for multiple tasking.
