It is often true that drivers have to deal with bad traffic Challans. This error is sometimes caused by the technical fault of the video surveillance camera, sometimes due to the poor decision of the traffic police. How to complain online?
If you wish to cancel your bad Challan sitting at home, an online complaint can be filed on the official website of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
1. Go to Mark.nic.in first.
2. Click on the “grievance” option there.
3. Now fill your information such as the name, mobile number, Challan number and vehicle details.
4. After filling all the necessary details, submit your complaint.
5. If your complaint is correct, your Challan can be canceled.
Apart from that, you can also file your complaint by logging into the E-Challan website of the Transport Department (Echallan.parivahan.gov.in).

How to complain out of line?
If you cannot file an online complaint or wish to contact the managers concerned directly for more clarity, you can go to the traffic police station and file your complaint.
1. Go to the traffic police station – Go to your nearest traffic police office and file a complaint linked to Challan. To do this, you will have to take the Challan copy, vehicle documents and other necessary evidence.
2. Call the traffic police police – The traffic police of each city are the assistance line, where you can call and file a Challan complaint.
3. Enter the complaint by e -mail – In many cities, the traffic police will also file a complaint by email.
Ways to file a complaint with the Delhi traffic police:
If you live in Delhi, you can send an e-mail to your info@delhitraficolice.nic.in complaint. Apart from that, you can also file a complaint by calling the Delhi traffic control room number 011-2584-4444 or 1095.
The problem of poor traffic bill has become common, but the government has provided many options to repair it. If your bad Challan is cut, it is not necessary to panic.
