The first Trump imposes 34 percent tariff on China with all countries on 2 April, in response, China also imposes 34 percent tariff on goods coming from America. Trump retaliating, giving China a 24 -hour deferment that he does not remove the counter tariff, otherwise he will put an additional 50 percent tariff. China’s reply comes that if America wants a trade war, it will get it there, it is ready to fight till the end. Then what was it, now Trump has put 50 percent tariff on it, due to which the tariff on Chinese goods has increased to 104 percent in total.
What is ‘Chicken Game’ Theory?

According to this, there is a game called chicken, in which two humans come from the opposite end of a long straight road and sit in a very fast car and come towards each other. If any of them move from the first path to escape, then it is called chicken. If none of the two gives up, then they will collide and both will be accident. The best result is that your rival chicken is made and you do not leave the way. In this you get 3 score and your opponent is 1. A situation may be that you get scared and become a chicken yourself. In such a situation, you will get 1 score and your opponent will get 3 numbers. The final possibility is that both drivers leave the way together. In such a situation, no one will be honored with other respect, so it is better than becoming a chicken alone. However, it is not as good as becoming the winner, so both will get 2-2 numbers in it.
Now understand that Trump and China are playing this chicken game among themselves. Both Trump and China retaliate are moving rapidly on each other. Both know that if they continue to move like this, then there will be a collision and both will be harmed. But now the matter has come to Ego. None of the two will be ready to back down.
