Where a woman of Indian origin has been accused of strangling her 11 -year -old son after holidaying for three days in ‘Disneyland’. Everyone is surprised to hear this news. In a statement issued by the District Attorney Office of Orange County in California on Friday, it was reported that Sarita Ramraju (48) was accused of killing her son. Investigation is being done and if Sarita Ramraju is found guilty then she can be sentenced to a maximum of 26 years.
What is the whole matter
Sarita left California after divorcing her husband in 2018. After the divorce, Sarita’s son did not have protection but he was allowed to meet his son. Before the incident, Sarita stayed with her son in a motal of Santa Ana. He bought a three -day pass of Disneyland for himself and his son. Sarita on March 19, the day the Motal was supposed to go from Motal and hand over her son to her father, called the police at nine o’clock in the morning and told that she had killed her son and ate bullets to commit suicide. When Santa Ana police reached Motal, he saw that the child was lying dead in a room in a room amidst the memorable objects of Disneyland. The police statement said that it seems that the boy was murdered several hours ago.
Police said that a large knife was found inside the motal room which was bought a day earlier. After consuming unknown substance, Sarita was admitted to the hospital and she was discharged on Thursday. He was arrested on suspicion of killing his son.
The father had the right to conserve the child
There was a legal battle between Sarita and her husband Prakash Raju since last year over the right to protect her son. The right to conserve the child was assigned to his father Prakash. “The safest place for a child should be in the arms of his parents,” said District Attorney Todd Spitzer of Orange County.
