Forget trainers, biker boots are the shoe to see you through 2025
For a long time, I felt like we were all gone to complete Berserk coaches. Sambas in a colony of Gazillion, large campus and all these lean sliding pools which are essentially ballets … Rare was the coach who does not appreciate him for at least a day. In recent months, however, there has been a subtle change in vibration. I’m talking about biker boots, which became the unexpected shoe of summer (once again, they were everywhere in Glastonbury last year) and will also see you crucially in the fall and winter.
Look around you and you spot biker boots everywhere. They are a must among the girls of fashion and celebrities, who most often mare with white floating boho skirts, mini-robes or style sheets from the 90s.

All these biker boots have not just landed at random on our feet. Miu Miu (it’s so often Miu Miu, isn’t it?) With biker boots for fall / winter 2022, with large Strempers Grungey Smotherd-Smotherd with leather pants and a collection of transparent laces, then again with its fall / winter 2024 collection, this time associated with jumerie and leather golfers. Elsewhere, we have seen biker boots on the slopes in recent seasons at Alexander McQueen, coach, Burberry and Versace. And let’s not forget the overall influence of Charli XCX who – when she did not wear the high of the pointed knee – has mainly passed her everything Kid Visit to bulky boots and belt loaded and RARA skirts.
When it comes to obtaining from the best biker boots, you will not always need to drop a million pounds and revolutionize the house – although they last years, so invest that you would usually do. “Vintage and resale sites are riveted with worn styles, but there are also many versions of new season if you are looking to invest,” wrote Joy Montgomery last year. “Some key things to keep in mind when buying biker boots: check the height of the stem to determine where it will come on your leg and try different sizes before choosing a final pair – do not hesitate to ask sellers on sites like eBay for more information on dimensioning.”

While summer has seen biker boots associated with denim skirts and mini on several levels, I look forward to the coldest months, when we can wear shoes with gray jeans and vintage leather jackets. In October, I will stylize mine as Ashley Spinelli from the cartoon from the 90s Recreation… less striped tights.
