From Tata Altroz ​​facelifts to Kia Clavis, these powerful cars are expected to be released in May 2025

The Indian automotive industry has also continued to be strong in 2025, with steady growth every month since January. After a brilliant conclusion of the 2024-25 fiscal year, the market is preparing for another busy month when several new passenger cars will be launched in May. Here are some possible car launches this month:

Kia Clavis

One of the most anticipated releases is the latest MPV from the Korean car manufacturer, Kia Clavis. Unlike previous speculation that it will replace careerence, Kravis will likely be sold on it, which is above the current generation. KIA is scheduled to be released by KIA on May 8th. The new model will create additional features, including a newly designed dashboard, a 360-degree parking camera, ventilated rear seats, fresh upholstery items and a large infotainment system with color options.

Tata Altroz ​​Face Lift

Another major launch is expected this month. In other words, the Tata Ultraz facelift will be available for release on May 22nd, but Tata Motors has not yet officially confirmed the date. This is Ultraz’s first major update since its debut in 2020. The facelift model is expected to acquire new styling changes such as review lighting units, updated bumpers and new alloy wheel designs. Inside, buyers may expect a refreshed steering wheel, new interior color schemes, and enhanced minor features. Engine options are ready to remain unchanged, and the poor in Ultroose petrol, turbopetrol, diesel and CNG continue to offer the current range.

Volkswagen Golf GTI

The vehicle that completes this lineup is the Volkswagen Golf GTI. This is the first time in the Indian market to showcase this prestigious hatchback with this brand. The high performance GTI variant is expected to be delivered as a fully imported model and become a premium. Estimated prices start at £50 lakh (former showroom). Featuring a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that generates 265HP and 370NM of torque, the GLF GTI will probably send more power to the wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
