Frequent diarrhea in the symptoms of duodenal defects, hatred food in stool, heaviness in the stomach, loss of appetite, gas formation, weakness and fatigue are prominent. Some patients have a strong desire to defecate as soon as they eat food. The disease can arise from the imbalance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha, the three defects, so its four different types are mentioned in Ayurveda, Vataja, Pitta, Kaphaz and Sannipataj duodis.

What is its treatment

In Ayurveda, it is advisable to adopt special diet, medicines and lifestyle for the treatment of duodenal defects. Light food like moong khichdi, vine syrup, buttermilk and cumin water are considered very beneficial. At the same time, the patient should avoid strong, spicy, fried and stale food. Yoga and Pranayama are also considered beneficial in reducing duodenal defects. Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana, Agnisara Kriya and Anulom-Vilom Pranayama strengthens the digestive system and also gives mental peace, which reduces digestive disorders. Apart from this, drinking fennel and celery tea, ginger juice and honey, mint in buttermilk, isabgol and lukewarm milk and asafetida water are also very beneficial.

What to do not have indigestion

According to the expert, there is no indigestion, correct lifestyle for this. Stay away from more outside things, packets, processed food, pizza-burgers, momos, more fried things etc. Alcohol, cigarette also increases indigestion. Second stress also increases indigestion a lot. Do yoga, meditation etc. to relieve stress. Eat a third healthy food. For this, take regular consumption of fiber vegetables, whole grains, fruits, dry fruits, seeds etc. Drink enough water and get good sleep. Apart from all this, exercise daily.
