How to style mesh flats, according to the street-style set

I don’t know if your workplace is the same, but Vogue HQ, everyone’s shoes are missing. And by “missing”, I mean that they have been replaced by a network of mesh that adapts perfectly around the foot. I speak, of course, of Mesh Flats, who dominated the summer and fall cabinets in the past two years, from 2019, when the row has sold these slippers barely and accelerating in 2023, when AlaïaFishnet apartments began to become omnipresent in the front row and beyond.
