I started eating fermented food and healed more than my gut

I did everything correctly, at least that’s what I thought.
I worked five days a week, alternating between cardio and strength. I ate cleanliness: meals rich in protein and low in carbohydrates, no sugar, no shortcuts. My fitness tracker was always lit, my meal preparation game was strong, and on paper, I did all the good things. If health was a control list, mine was over.
But again, something was turned off.
I continued to get sick, with mysterious bodies of body, bloating, weak immunity and fatigue that even eight hours of sleep could not repair. I felt like I was stuck in a loop – by doing everything I had to do, but not seeing any of the results.
Of course, diet and exercise are the foundation of well-being. It’s Health 101. But I started to realize that maybe the problem was not what I was doing, that was what I did not know.
It was not only a question of lacking nutrients or movements. It was a missing connection. A microscopic, buried deep in my intestine.
The intestine is not only a tube that treats lunch. It is a living and breathable ecosystem that houses billions of microbes that digest food, make nutrients, regulate hormones and repel harmful bacteria.

So, if you recently felt – energy, bad digestion, misty concentration – it could be worth checking with your intestinal health. There is a good chance that you have already checked the bases: more fibers, fewer processed foods, more water. But what happened if it was not enough?
