All companies like Jio, Airtel, Vodafone-Iidea (VI) and BSNL follow this rule. However, there is a slight difference between the terms and duration of companies.
How long does Jio Sim remain active?
The JIO reliance SIM card remains active for 90 days without recharging. But the thing to note is that the company can quickly stop incoming call installations if there is no recharge. In such a situation, the user will be able to make emergency calls only. If the recharging is not made for 90 days, the SIM will be deactivated and the number will be given to another user.
How long does Airtel Sim remain active?
Airtel’s SIM card also remains active without recharging for about 90 days. The particular thing is that Airtel also gives an additional 15 -day exemption to users so that they can recharge to maintain the operational SIM. If the recharging is not carried out even during this period, the SIM will be closed and the number will be allocated again.
Vodafone-idea rule (VI)
The SIM of Vodafone-Iidea also remains operational for 90 days without recharging. After that, the SIM card is deactivated. However, to keep the VI operational SIM, you must recharge at least RS 49. If you only want incoming calls and SIM activation, it would be better to obtain this minimum recharge.
How long was BSNL SIM active?
The BSNL government telecommunications company gives its customers the highest delivery. BSNL’s SIM can remain active for 180 days without recharge, that is to say for 6 months.
