There are some such asanas of yoga that you can make a leopard like leopard by doing it. For this, you have to do these asanas regularly, which will benefit you a lot. Surya Namaskar, (Bhujangasana posture from Parvatasana), Hanuman Dand and Kapalbhati Pranayama can also be done.

You can wake up in the morning and do Surya Namaskar in which you can do the rugs of 1 to 12 or more Surya Namaskar, which benefits your body a lot. By doing Surya Namaskar, your blood circulation will increase and the amount of oxygen in the body also increases. It consists of 12 stages in which Pranamasana, Hastauthanasana, Padhastasana, Ashwalanasana, Dandasana, Ashtanga Namaskar, Bhujangasana, Adhomukh Shavasan, Padhastasana, Hasthanasana, Pranamasana are performed.
You do it by mixing two asanas, which is named Parvatasana and Bhujangasana. You both stand in the legs to do the mountain. The distance between your feet should be equal to the width of the hips. With this, you keep both your hands forward and raise more and more in it. Along with this, you can also do Bhujangasana. To do this asana, you lie down on your stomach. Taking your hands near the chest and keeping your palm in the ground, gradually, the part of the navel is to rise from your head.
To perform Hanuman punishment, you have to keep the palms of your two hands equal to the chest. After that you have to take your left leg in front of your hand. In the same manner, the right leg has to be taken equal to the right hand. If you do it fast, then there is a new energy in your body.
To do Kapalbhati Pranayama, you have to sit down and keep your waist straight and fill a deep breath. After this, the breath has to be thrown out of both holes of the nose. You can also do this a hundred times a day and it gives you a lot of benefit.
