Increased demand for electric scooters increases shark bumpers on Chetak and iqube

Honda Activa: Trust’s name, number one in sales

Honda Activa has become a name among blindly trusted Indian customers. The reason for this is its performance, ease of maintenance and Honda’s powerful service network. In February 2025, 1,74,009 units of Activa were on sale. However, last February, the figure recorded a 13% decline per year at 2,00,134 units.

Nevertheless, Activa once again won the title that beat top-selling scooters, TVS Jupiter and Suzuki Access.

TVS Jupiter: 2nd place with record growth

The TVS Jupiter is the fastest growing scooter of the month. That 73,860 units were sold in February 2024, but increased to 1,03,576 units in February 2025. In other words, Jupiter has recorded a growth of around 40% per year.

Customers enjoy a stylish look, better mileage and a comfortable ride on Jupiter. This is why it became the second-best-selling scooter after the Activa.

Suzuki Access: Reliable and powerful performance email

Suzuki will access third place. It is held in the market with 59,039 units sold. It recorded a slight increase of 4.54% compared to last year, reflecting its stability and popularity.

Access is especially popular with those looking for a strong, affordable, durable scooter.

Electric scooter burning: TV bumper growth qube and bajaj chetak

One of the special things about this sales report is that there was a big jump in selling electric scooters.

Ranked fourth in TVS IQUBE, with 23,581 units on sale in February. Compared to last year, its sales increased by 49%. After this, Bajaj Chetak performed spectacularly, selling 21,240 units, an increase of 56% per year.

These figures show that customers are also rapidly attracting electricity options, especially in cities with increasing charging facilities.

Some scooters saw sales decline, while some showed strength

The list of top 10 scooters includes many popular brands, but some of them have lost sales.

– Honda Dio Sales were 16,028 units, with a decline recorded.

At the same time, sales for Yamaha Rayzzle and Heroes have increased slightly. Rayzr sold 14,010 units and 11,656 units to pleasure.

The first choice for customers is still Honda Activa
