The Maharashtra Cyber Department summoned a total of 42 people, including artists, producers and influential people involved in the YouTube show. Yashasvi Yadav, Inspector General of Maharashtra Cyber Cell, said: “Prima facie, the accused, notably Raina, Apoorva Mukhija and Ranveer Allabia. Devy dixit, Raghu Ram and another person have already been recorded.”
Sources have told India today that if the main accused does not cooperate with agencies and did not appear before the agencies, the Maharashtra cyber-cell can issue arrest warrants. Friday, on behalf of Allahbadia, Abhinav Chandrachud demanded an immediate list of the case, which was rejected by chief judge Sanjeev Khanna saying that the case would be given to a bench and hearing within two to three days .

Allahbadia told NCW that he received threats to kill him and asked for a new hearing date after three weeks. The committee accepted its request and set the hearing date on March 6.With Allahbadia, several FIRs were also deposited against Youtuber Ashish Chanchalani, Jaspreet Singh and Apoorva Makhija alias the Ribel Kid.
