Indian robotics scientist shot wife, son in America, then committed suicide himself

Harshvardhan S Kikkari was a resident of KR Pet Taluk in Mandya district of Karnataka. He was the founder and CEO of Holovers, a robotics company, headquartered in Mysuru. His wife was the company’s co-founder. In 2017, he and Shweta returned to India and started Holorld. But due to Kovid-19 epidemic, the company closed in 2022 and both returned to America.
When Harshvardhan was at the peak of his popularity, he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to advocate the robot for border security. Expert Harshvardhan also worked for Microsoft in Robotics.
