Khelo India Youth Games 2025: Nitish Kumar takes stock of preparations, Guinness World Record for the biggest Madhubani painting

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar went to Pataliputra Sports Complex and inspected the preparations for the ongoing ‘Khelo India Youth Games 2025’ and gave necessary guidelines to the officials. During this, he reviewed other parts including Central Control and Command Center, Conference Hall, Stadium, Indoor Stadium. Also inspected the practice being conducted by the players and artists for the program to be held at the opening ceremony.
The Chief Minister also visited the construction of the world’s largest Madhubani painting to be displayed at the inauguration ceremony on 4 May. The Certificate of Guinness World Record was handed over to the Chief Minister for the world’s largest made Madhubani painting. 50 artists from Mithila painting institute, Saurath, Madhubani have prepared this painting by working for 50 consecutive hours.

The Chief Minister honored Padmashree Mrs. Baua Devi, who played an important role in preparing the world’s largest Madhubani painting. Along with this, the Certificate of Guinness World Record of Performance by 375 Bal Lamas with a singing ball was also handed over to the Chief Minister.
Let me tell you, Khelo India Youth Games 2025 is being organized for the first time in Bihar. Khelo India Youth Games will be held from May 4 to May 15. It will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 4 May. Khelo India Youth Games have 8500 players and 1500 instructors and technical officers from 28 states and 8 union territories for 28 sports. The game will be organized in five cities of Bihar Patna, Gaya, Rajgir, Bhagalpur, Begusarai.
Apart from this, another world record was made during this period. The world’s largest singing bowl group organized by Bihar State Sports Authority was formed in the famous Mahabodhi Temple, which is a historical achievement. Nitish Kumar has received the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest singing bowl group created by Buddhist monks in Gaya for Buddha Mantra. Came from different monasteries and 375 monks with a age limit of 5 to 70 years came together in harmonious unity. His collective resonance introduced amazing coordination of sound.
